📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering with battery or fuel cell focus
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automated manufacturing and robotics
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
• Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering
