💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate Field Assist supervision for robotic deployments across construction, oil & gas, and mining sites. You'll manage hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling for field resources, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding logistics for interns and contractors
• Conduct regular sync calls with field resources to track progress
• Review and approve timesheets, ensuring accuracy of hours logged
• Develop and maintain training documentation and playbooks

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations or field coordination
• Experience with onboarding and training processes
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana)
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA
