You'll manage and develop a team of 15-18 coordinators to scale a high-growth product within the Realtor.comยฎ ecosystem. You'll drive operational excellence and shape exceptional consumer experiences at scale. This role offers exposure to AI-enabled tools and process optimization.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop a team of 15-18 coordinators.
  • Update and maintain daily dial plans for the team.
  • Provide reports on coordinator performance and attendance.
  • Coach reps on quality and script adherence via call monitoring.
  • Conduct 1-on-1 meetings and call breakdowns with each coordinator.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer success role or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of people management experience in a call center environment.
  • Experience tracking and holding teams accountable to KPIs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in a remote or virtual management environment.
