You'll support rider onboarding and compliance for Deliveroo, ensuring a smooth applicant journey and maintaining a compliant fleet. You'll manage pipeline pacing and collaborate with teams to hit hiring targets. This role offers hybrid working in Manchester with a focus on process excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support applicants through onboarding stages
• Manage onboarding flows to meet hiring targets
• Launch new markets from rider apply page to target
• Manage vendors and perform weekly QA work

📋 Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable following structured processes
