💼 About This Role
You'll own a portfolio of customers at Campfire, driving adoption and retention for finance and accounting teams. You'll be the primary partner ensuring customers realize measurable value from the platform. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class experience and identify expansion opportunities.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own post-implementation success for a portfolio of customers
- Drive adoption, engagement, and value realization across accounts
- Manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities
- Lead customer enablement sessions and workflow optimization reviews
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
- Experience supporting finance or accounting teams
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex platforms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
✨ Nice to Have
- ERP or accounting software experience (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
- Background in finance, accounting, or operations
