💼 About This Role

You'll own a portfolio of customers at Campfire, driving adoption and retention for finance and accounting teams. You'll be the primary partner ensuring customers realize measurable value from the platform. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class experience and identify expansion opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own post-implementation success for a portfolio of customers
  • Drive adoption, engagement, and value realization across accounts
  • Manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities
  • Lead customer enablement sessions and workflow optimization reviews

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
  • Experience supporting finance or accounting teams
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex platforms
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

✨ Nice to Have

  • ERP or accounting software experience (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
  • Background in finance, accounting, or operations
