Description

You will manage a group of clinicians, facilitate weekly group treatment, maintain a caseload, and assist the Clinical Director in developing clinical staff and programming to deliver life-saving behavioral healthcare to people with complex needs.

Requirements

• Independently licensed mental health counselor
• Work authorized in US, native or bilingual English
• Experience with children, teens, young adults, and adults
• Leadership experience in clinical setting (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP)
• Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Director with clinical schedule and curriculum development
• Ensure clinical services meet recognized best practices
• Crisis management and on-call duties during IOP delivery
• Maintain caseload and facilitate weekly group treatment (15+ hours)
• Provide clinical supervision per regulatory standards
