You'll manage daily operations at a rapidly growing cookie chain, supervising a team of 2-5 members. You'll lead staff training and onboarding while ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers clear growth opportunities and a fun team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform Manager-on-Duty duties when Store Ops Manager is absent
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new hires
• Support ordering, inventory control and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
• Ability to work 4-5 day work week including late shifts
• Must be 18 years or older with US work eligibility

• Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
• Ability to use MS Office and applicant tracking systems
