  • Lead and develop a team of 3-4 support agents
  • Manage escalations queue in Gorgias
  • Build and improve support SOPs and workflows
  • Oversee Gorgias configuration and automation

  • Proven track record managing a customer support team
  • E-commerce or fast-paced environment experience
  • Ownership mentality with proactive problem-solving
  • Fluent in English
