Description

Deliver advanced, hands-on care to infants, children, and adults in their homes. You'll support safe transitions from hospital to home, mentor care teams, and provide direct bedside nursing for clients with complex needs.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Home care trach/vent, NICU, PICU, or ICU experience required
• Current CPR certification
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule
• Ability to travel throughout Ocean County

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing and personal care for clients with medically complex needs
• Support safe transitions from hospital/rehab teams to ongoing home care
• Deliver expert clinical interventions and ensure continuity of care
• Train and mentor the ongoing care team to maintain quality standards
