💼 About This Role

You'll support a Conducting Solicitor managing possession and debt recovery cases from instruction to enforcement. This role offers hands-on case ownership in a people-first law firm that values collaboration. You'll also contribute to monthly billing targets while delivering client-focused service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage possession and debt recovery caseloads from instruction to enforcement.
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and client service agreements.
• Record accurate file notes and billable time.
• Monitor work in progress and facilitate invoicing.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in landlord and tenant matters.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• High level of accountability and ownership of work.
• Ability to work within targets and deadlines.
