Description

You will drive inorganic growth by identifying, evaluating, and executing tuck-in acquisitions that accelerate product development and strategic objectives. You'll partner with product and engineering leaders, build relationships with founders and VCs, and leverage AI tools to scale the function.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
• Proven financial modeling, valuation, and M&A lifecycle skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with technical leaders and external stakeholders
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple projects
• Self-starter with interest in leveraging AI technologies

Responsibilities

• Partner with product/engineering leaders to identify strategic acquisition opportunities
• Lead screening and pipeline management for M&A aligned with strategic goals
• Drive deal execution: business case, structuring, modeling, due diligence, integration planning
• Build relationships with founders, VCs, and advisors to source opportunities
• Implement AI tools to scale the Corporate Development function
