You'll serve as the face of our school, providing white glove customer service to students and instructors. You'll handle check-ins, scheduling, and inquiries both in-person and virtually. This role is key to creating a positive and supportive learning environment for our community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome guests, check students in, and assist with scheduling.
• Answer in-person and virtual student inquiries via chat or phone.
• Perform data entry and maintain records using a CRM system.
• Assist with class setup, inventory, cash reconciliation, and reporting.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Basic experience with CRM software preferred.

• Some college preferred.
