You'll join Teya's rapidly growing sales organization, building relationships with small businesses across South London. You'll identify new opportunities and win new business through value-led sales approaches. This role offers a chance to contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach
- Meet customers face-to-face to understand needs and build trust
- Use value-led sales approaches to achieve performance targets
- Share field insights to improve products and sales processes
📋 Requirements
- Strong experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role
- Field-based experience is a strong advantage
- Full UK driving licence
- Fluency in English
