You'll lead the Enterprise Applications team at a fusion energy startup, owning the entire enterprise application ecosystem including ERP, MES, MRP, and PLM. You'll drive business capability improvements and scalable digital solutions to support production, supply chain, and engineering. This role is critical for building the energy industry of the future.

🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications or related positions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale application implementations and support teams.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle or SAP ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with MES applications like Siemens Opcenter or ManufacturO.
• Experience with PLM solutions like Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill.
