🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design across partner configuration tools and hotel supply platform
• Set design direction and raise craft bar across the team
• Bring consumer-grade craft to operator-facing workflows
• Partner with PM, engineering, and partnerships to refine experiences
• Push forward AI-forward tooling and contribute to design system

📋 Requirements

• Mastery of full product development process from planning to prototypes
• Strong craft in visual, interaction, and UX design in enterprise space
• Proven experience managing stakeholders with PMs, engineers, data, executives
• Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, design systems, and Pencil/Cursor
