💼 About This Role

You'll set technical direction for BMC firmware across Crusoe's server platforms, leading architecture, platform bring-up, and fleet reliability. Your work will directly enable AI infrastructure that is energy-first and vertically integrated.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define BMC architecture and stack strategy across server platforms.
• Lead BMC bring-up on new server platforms with partner engineering.
• Own BMC build, CI/CD, signing, and release pipeline end-to-end.
• Drive BMC security architecture including secure boot and attestation.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of firmware engineering with deep BMC experience.
• Hands-on expertise with a production BMC stack (OpenBMC, AMI MegaRAC, etc.).
• Experience leading BMC bring-up on new server platforms from schematics.
• Strong C/C++ on embedded Linux; Python or shell for automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with ODM/OEM partners on BMC firmware.
• Familiarity with Yocto / BitBake build systems.
• Production experience with BMC firmware in a fleet.
