Description

You will lead the full design lifecycle for enterprise legal, risk, and compliance products. You'll translate business goals into user-centered designs, conduct user research, build design systems, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in an Agile environment. Your work will directly impact tools used by Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of UX/UI product design experience, ideally in enterprise, SaaS, or B2B
• Strong interaction design, visual design, and information architecture skills
• Experience conducting user research and synthesizing insights
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe XD, Sketch, Framer)
• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards

Responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery across legacy and modern products
• Translate business goals and user insights into personas, journey maps, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
• Plan and conduct discovery activities (user interviews, competitive research, customer working groups, journey mapping)
• Build, maintain, and apply design system components ensuring WCAG accessibility compliance
• Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams in Agile environment
