💼 About This Role

You'll own B2B email marketing execution across demand generation and lifecycle programs at ChowNow, a leading off-premise restaurant technology platform. You'll drive pipeline and revenue by building, launching, and optimizing prospect nurtures and sales enablement emails using Marketo and Outreach. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, with no direct reports.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and optimize B2B email programs to drive MQLs, SQLs, and closed-won revenue
• Build and optimize prospect nurtures and sales enablement email programs
• Manage campaign builds, QA, deployment, testing, and optimization in Marketo and Outreach
• Develop segmentation and personalization strategies using CRM and product data

📋 Requirements

• 2-3+ years of B2B email or lifecycle marketing experience
• Proven experience driving MQL, SQL, and revenue impact from email
• Hands-on expertise with Marketo and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach)
