Description

You will own key components of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting processes, drive continuous improvement through automation and AI, and help achieve a faster, more efficient close. Requirements

• 7+ years progressive accounting experience with mix of public and industry in high-growth/tech
• Experience managing month-end close and financial reporting, with exposure to audits and internal controls
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and close processes
• Background in process automation, systems implementations, or AI/data tools for accounting
• Ability to lead team members and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including review of journal entries and reconciliations
• Leverage AI/automation to drive a sustainable 5-day close process
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and support SOX compliance
• Support annual financial audit with documentation and timely responses
• Measure and report efficiency gains from AI-enabled workflows
