You'll support Pearl's ACO Operations team on a 4-month contract, organizing and analyzing data to ensure accurate provider submissions. This role directly impacts the providers and patients we serve in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

• Organize and analyze data across various formats for provider submissions.
• Build and maintain structured datasets and tracking tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address submission and workflow gaps.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities with attention to detail.

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate student, recent graduate, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Google Sheets and Workspace products.
• Proven experience organizing, cleaning, and analyzing data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
