You will shape and execute people strategy for central teams, acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. You'll drive talent programs, organizational design, and change management while mentoring team members and ensuring compliance with Spanish labor law.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen translating strategy into actionable initiatives
• Experience influencing and coaching senior leaders in global matrixed organization
• Demonstrated success in organizational design and talent management
• Fluent in English with strong knowledge of Spanish labor law
• Experience with culturally diverse teams and global stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute people strategy
• Lead talent programs: succession planning, career pathing, performance calibration, leadership development
• Drive organizational design efforts supporting scalable growth
• Lead change management efforts reinforcing company values
• Mentor and influence others within the PBP team
