You'll lead paid search strategies for a global performance marketing agency, bridging search and cross-functional teams. You'll drive account growth, develop team members, and pioneer scalable testing to advance client goals.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Liaise between search and cross-functional teams for multi-channel strategies.
  • Manage direct reports and oversee team development and success.
  • Translate briefs into strategy and monitor execution with team.
  • Lead tests and learnings to drive scalable account improvements.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Substantial agency experience required.
  • Expert in Google, Bing, and other search partners.
  • Advanced knowledge of at least two bidding platforms like Marin, Kenshoo, or SA360.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel is required.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Substantial managerial experience preferred.
  • Polished presentation and writing skills.
  • Experience analyzing multi-touch attribution reports (Nielsen, IRI, etc.).
