You'll lead the high-throughput streaming infrastructure that ingests billions of behavioral events for Hightouch's AI marketing platform. Your work will directly enable real-time personalization with single-second latency at millions of messages per second. This role offers greenfield development and high ownership in a rapidly scaling product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect systems for 1s end-to-end latency at 1M+ msg/sec
• Improve caching strategies for online computation service
• Design deduplication for 1M+ msg/sec message delivery
• Lead zero-downtime deployments in online computation service

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• Distributed systems design and scaling experience
• Streaming systems expertise (e.g., Kafka, Flink)
• Leading complex projects from architecture to deployment
