💼 About This Role

You'll own the onboarding and training of partners for Middle Mile operations and drive key operational metrics by visiting facilities in your cluster. You'll take complete ownership of processes and work with stakeholders to achieve team goals, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the onboarding and training of new partners
• Identify and onboard new partners onto the network
• Track and own the performance of partners in your cluster
• Visit facilities to conduct audits and solve operational gaps

📋 Requirements

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline
• 3-5 years of work experience in e-commerce logistics
• Experience in partner onboarding and training in Middle Mile and sorting operations

• Experience in control tower and field operations
