Your core impact will be managing P&L, developing budgets, and driving operational performance. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in advanced manufacturing.
• Prior P&L ownership and strong financial competence.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L and develop financial plans and budgets.
• Lead operational strategies to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost.
• Develop high-performing teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and HR.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and tools.
