You will build and maintain APIs and large-scale systems for Stripe's payment and risk platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that manage money movement at global scale.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry software engineering experience (excluding internships)
• Strong coding skills in any programming language
• Strong collaboration skills across workstreams
• Ability to thrive with autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset
• Interest in working as a generalist across varying technologies

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and large-scale systems for money movement
• Debug and solve critical production issues across multiple levels of the stack
• Mentor engineers to help them grow
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build new features at large-scale
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
