Requirements

• 3+ years leadership experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with math, computer use, and accurate typing

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, processing, and distribution operations
• Ensure quality across departmental outputs including shipments and documentation
• Coordinate order and delivery tracking to meet customer requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams for performance and efficiency
• Lead hands-on safety, quality, and performance oversight; train and coach employees
