💼 About This Role

You'll take end-to-end ownership of complex projects as a key legal and operational partner in a remote-first environment. You'll drive corporate governance, contract management, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role offers significant autonomy in a fast-moving blockchain infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and review commercial agreements (SaaS, NDAs, etc.)
• Manage global entity records and regulatory filings
• Monitor regulatory developments in digital assets and DeFi
• Support marketing reviews and compliance workflows

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of paralegal experience with 2+ in a senior capacity
• Strong background in corporate/commercial law and technology contracts
• Experience with international entity management and multi-jurisdictional filings
• Proficiency with CLM software (Ironclad, SpotDraft) and DocuSign

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in blockchain, crypto, or Web3 companies
• Familiarity with digital asset regulations (MiCA, VASP, FCA)
• Exposure to GDPR, CCPA or data protection frameworks
