💼 About This Role

You'll apply ML and deep learning to solve challenging problems in advertising, including conversion modeling and dynamic creative optimization. As part of the Advertising Performance group, your work will directly impact real-time multi-objective optimization at scale. You'll also build and evolve a state-of-the-art machine learning platform that powers the entire advertising ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build SOTA deep learning discriminative and generative models for image/video ads.
• Evolve the ML platform from feature generation to real-time inference.
• Optimize and deploy complex models at large scale with low latency.
• Stay forward-thinking about advancements in ML-related areas.

📋 Requirements

• BS or higher in CS, ECE, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in ML platforms or deep learning methodologies.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally.

✨ Nice to Have

• MS or higher in CS, ECE, or related field.
• Experience in the advertising domain.
• Contributions to open-source ML projects.
