You'll program and operate advanced CNC machines to craft precision components for autonomous defense platforms. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Read and interpret technical blueprints and CAD models to develop CNC programs
• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines using CAM software
• Design and implement custom workholding and fixturing solutions
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes in real-time

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience programming CNC machines using CAM software
• 5+ years setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machines
• Strong understanding of G and M codes, Fanuc/Siemens/Brother controls
• Proven ability to design and implement workholding solutions

✨ Nice to Have

• 5-axis simultaneous programming expertise
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or Siemens NX (Teamcenter)
• Experience with water jet cutting, 3D printing, or CMM programming
