💼 About This Role
You'll scale and manage a high-performing team of SDRs who consistently overachieve on aggressive goals at Snowflake. You'll own and drive execution of new business pipeline goals across Enterprise and Majors segments. This role requires fluency in both English and Korean and working in the office 2-3 days a week in Seoul.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Scale and manage a high-performing team of SDRs
- Own pipeline goals and analyze top-of-funnel metrics
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Ops, Enablement, and Product Marketing
- Hire, develop, and coach SDRs to become Account Executives
📋 Requirements
- 6-8 years of leadership experience in pipeline generation or closing
- Proven track record hiring and developing sales talent
- Data-driven and highly analytical mindset
- Fluency in both English and Korean
