📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in benefits or Total Rewards in multinational organizations.
• Expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Experience setting up benefits in new markets and managing vendor transitions.
• Background in benefits benchmarking, analytics, and strategic recommendations.
