You'll join Bluelight, a software consultancy, as an Outbound Sales Development Representative. You'll generate leads and build relationships with prospects via cold calls, email, and social media. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and performance-based bonuses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively generate new sales leads using HubSpot, cold calls, email, and social media.
• Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Build relationships with prospects and key decision-makers to qualify leads.
• Set up meetings and calls between prospects and sales executives.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
• Hunter's mentality with expertise in cold calling and prospecting.
• Strong understanding of SaaS-based products and the sales process.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Experience as a first responder.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
