💼 About This Role

You'll join a premier law firm as an Associate Immigration Attorney, managing your own caseload and collaborating with the immigration team. Your work will focus on removal defense and family-based immigration petitions. You'll have room for growth and a great compensation package.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop strategy and prepare clients for court/USCIS testimony
• Represent clients in removal proceedings before Immigration Court and BIA
• Manage workload of cases and visit detained individuals at centers
• Prepare immigration applications including removal defense and family-based petitions

📋 Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of Immigration Law Experience
• Record of moving legal cases forward and caseload management
• Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and USCIS applications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with Case Management Software
