💼 About This Role

You'll join Ensono's IT support team, providing hands-on and remote support for end users across hardware, software, and peripherals. Your core impact is ensuring high first-call resolution and maintaining ticket SLAs. This role offers a chance to work with diverse technologies in a global managed service provider environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems
• Manage and maintain ticket SLAs to ensure timely resolution
• Support conference room AV equipment and network connectivity from switch port to desk

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Desktop support experience with Windows and Apple Mac systems
• Experience with OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of antivirus software and networking fundamentals

✨ Nice to Have

• IT industry certifications (Okta, O365, MCSE)
• Experience with In-Tune and asset management
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems
