You'll define the strategic direction for Braze's technical engagement with ISV and Delivery Partners, scaling the ISV function and building a scalable support framework for complex customer use cases. Your core impact will be translating partner technical needs into measurable execution plans. This role works with a high-value partner ecosystem and manages a team of ISV Partner Managers and Technical Advisors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Partnerships to define ISV prioritization and execute strategy.
• Strengthen cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships.
• Oversee program scalability and introduce tools like iPaaS and optimized listings.
• Define and track technical partner KPIs such as integration quality and speed to market.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in technical partner management or solutions engineering.
• At least 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep technical fluency with APIs, data integration patterns, and data infrastructure tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MarTech or SaaS platforms.
• Background in building scalable support models for 100+ integrations.
