This role is key to ensuring system reliability under real-world conditions and optimizing performance across microservices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute performance, load, and scalability tests.
• Analyze throughput, latency, and system behavior under realistic usage.
• Identify and diagnose performance bottlenecks across application, API, and database layers.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.

📋 Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience in performance testing or performance engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with JMeter, Gatling, BlazeMeter, or similar.
• Solid programming skills in Java or C#.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based tools for testing or analysis.
