💼 About This Role

You'll provide skilled home health physical therapy to help patients regain independence in Berkeley, CA. You'll develop care plans, coordinate with physicians, and restore function for a top-rated home health agency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients in their homes and develop care plans
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) as needed
• Communicate and coordinate with patients' physicians
• Help patients with mobility and regaining independence

📋 Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Physical Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Knowledge of local community resources
