🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and execute sourcing strategies in partnership with TA Specialist
• Manage job postings on boards, social media, and niche communities
• Maintain sourcing playbook documenting effective channels and messages
• Set up and improve automated sourcing tools and ATS (Ashby) workflows

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of talent sourcing experience
• Proven ability to convert passive candidates through headhunting
• Knowledge of IT recruitment market and tech roles
• Experience with ATS and automation tools

• Data-driven approach to sourcing metrics
• Experience with non-traditional candidate channels
• Intermediate+ English proficiency
