💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a lead technical contributor on complex bioanalytical studies using LC-MS/MS methods, working in a hybrid environment at KCAS Bio. Your core impact includes independently executing studies from setup to final reporting and mentoring junior staff.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as lead scientist on complex bioanalytical studies
• Develop, optimize, and validate LC-MS/MS methods
• Author and review validation protocols and reports
• Mentor and train junior scientific staff

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
• 10–12+ years of relevant experience in research/CRO/pharma
• Expert knowledge of LC-MS/MS instrumentation
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality systems

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD)
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions (IND, NDA, BLA)
