💼 About This Role

You'll perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, and HVAC equipment for customer and company-owned equipment. As a key team member, you'll troubleshoot issues using real-time data from our T3 platform to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. This role offers year-round OEM training and the opportunity to grow with a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators and HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and customer sites
• Use technology to create and monitor work orders and track service intervals
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred
