Description

You'll be the frontline technical expert for our developer community, helping users deploy and scale Temporal in cloud-native environments. You'll troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, optimize performance, and develop automation solutions to improve the developer experience.

Requirements

• 9+ years experience as a developer fluent in Python, Java, Golang, or TypeScript
• Experience with Kubernetes or Docker in medium to large-scale architectures
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Minimum one year in customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Debug complex infrastructure issues and optimize cloud performance
• Develop observability solutions (Grafana, Prometheus)
• Improve networking (load balancing, DNS, ingress/egress)
• Automate infrastructure operations (Terraform, IaC)
• Design infrastructure best practices for scalability and reliability
