💼 About This Role

You'll support the development, testing, and advancement of new products across the Juneshine Brands portfolio. You'll own innovation projects from day-to-day execution to experimental design and formulation strategy. This role is ideal for a mid-level innovator who loves taking ideas from concept to pilot in a startup-style environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as day-to-day owner for assigned innovation projects
• Translate innovation briefs into experimental design and formulation strategy
• Support SKU optimization and reformulation initiatives across the portfolio
• Coordinate shelf-life studies and formulation trials

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Food Engineering, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in beverage, CPG, or food & beverage R&D
• Hands-on experience with beverage formulation and product development
• Working knowledge of carbonation systems, pasteurization processes, and shelf-life testing

• Prior experience developing alcoholic beverages or functional beverages
• Experience working with co-packers or contract manufacturers
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
