💼 About This Role

You'll sit between data product teams and infrastructure, keeping Snowflake environments healthy and deployments running smoothly. Your work will split between operational tasks like monitoring and change requests, and project work improving automation and reliability. You'll coordinate release deployments across multiple production regions and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and execute build and release activities across production regions
• Manage day-to-day operations of release pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Author and manage Change Requests in ServiceNow following CAB guidelines
• Perform ongoing monitoring and maintenance of Snowflake environments
• Respond to platform alerts, investigate issues, and keep stakeholders informed

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a DataOps, Platform Operations, or DevOps/SRE role
• Hands-on with Snowflake RBAC, warehouses, multi-environment admin, and SQL
• Experience with AWS services (S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda) in console and CLI
• Experience defining and working within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions
• Python scripting for operational automation

✨ Nice to Have

• Apache Airflow DAG monitoring and operational support
• MSK/Kafka operational experience
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or similar)
• Prometheus/Grafana for monitoring and dashboards
