💼 About This Role

You'll provide on-site PLC/HMI/SCADA automation services for oil field operations in the Permian Basin. You'll troubleshoot, program, and document systems at customer sites to ensure reliable production. This role requires daily travel between field locations and offers employee ownership through our ESOP.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onsite startup, services, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Onsite PLC, HMI, and ROC troubleshooting and programming
• Onsite SCADA point-to-point mapping and verification
• Onsite radio troubleshooting and programming

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher in Instrumentation/Automation/Controls
• Four years' experience in oil field automation with PLC, HMI, and instrumentation
• Understanding of oil field automation concepts (CTB, SWD, Well pad, LACT, Compressor, Pipeline, Storage)
• Valid driver's license

• Experience with Total Flow programming
• Ability to pass follicle drug test
