Description

You will lead brand management and procurement for pet products in Taiwan, driving supplier development, negotiations, and performance management to expand Coupang's retail business.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in business negotiation and sourcing
• Experience with cross-functional and cross-market stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and solve complex problems in fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and persuasion skills
• English proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop suppliers, complete documentation, and set KPIs
• Procure fast-moving consumer goods and negotiate pricing
• Manage supplier and item portfolio
• Monitor purchase orders and report weekly to management
• Collaborate with teams to ensure delivery compliance
