💼 About This Role

You'll apply machine learning and AI techniques, including GenAI and LLM-based approaches, to develop model systems that transform healthcare. You'll collaborate across functions to scale and integrate solutions into large-scale cloud-based SaaS production environments. You'll design and evaluate solutions for healthcare use cases like predictive models, summarization, and semantic search.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply ML/AI techniques including GenAI and LLMs to develop model systems for healthcare.
• Collaborate with product leaders, engineers, and healthcare professionals to design solutions.
• Build and evaluate models using structured/unstructured data for healthcare applications.
• Perform data collection, cleaning, prompt tuning, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.

📋 Requirements

• PhD with 1+ years industry experience or Masters with 4+ years including 1 year healthcare ML/AI.
• Proven industry experience through multiple major product releases in commercial SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare data (e.g., EHR, ADT, clinical notes).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and big data frameworks (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Spark).

• Experience with reinforcement learning or RLHF.
• Experience with NLP techniques for summarization, extraction, or semantic search.
• Experience with RAG pipelines or agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
