You'll lead a high-performing Sales Development team at Justworks, a company that helps businesses manage HR. Your core impact will be driving pipeline and developing future Account Executives through modern outbound techniques and data-driven coaching. You'll play a key role in evolving our approach with AI and automation.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions focused on skill development and pipeline quality.
  • Run team meetings translating company goals into daily priorities.
  • Train team on signal-based prospecting and AI-driven outbound tools.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and data accuracy using Salesforce and Gong.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years in a sales role (HCM/PEO preferred).
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gong required.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team to achieve performance goals.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Gong Engage or Actively.ai.
  • Experience in HCM/PEO industry.
  • Strong data-driven coaching skills.
