You'll lead a high-performing Sales Development team at Justworks, a company that helps businesses manage HR. Your core impact will be driving pipeline and developing future Account Executives through modern outbound techniques and data-driven coaching. You'll play a key role in evolving our approach with AI and automation.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions focused on skill development and pipeline quality.
- Run team meetings translating company goals into daily priorities.
- Train team on signal-based prospecting and AI-driven outbound tools.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and data accuracy using Salesforce and Gong.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in a sales role (HCM/PEO preferred).
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Experience with Salesforce and Gong required.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team to achieve performance goals.
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Gong Engage or Actively.ai.
- Experience in HCM/PEO industry.
- Strong data-driven coaching skills.
