💼 About This Role

You'll design and build AI-powered platform capabilities for Flow's connected living ecosystem. You'll ensure system reliability, scalability, and security while using AI-assisted development tools in your daily workflow. This role offers the opportunity to shape foundational infrastructure and elevate SRE best practices in a hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered capabilities into Flow's platform using AI-assisted development tools.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into software solutions.
• Implement foundational infrastructure, tooling, and automation for scalability and reliability.
• Manage and optimize a multi-region cloud environment and participate in on-call rotations.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (GCP preferred).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building software in fast-moving startup environments.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and high availability.

🚩 Heads Up

• Lists 10+ years experience for senior/staff level but title suggests senior and staff levels combined.
• On-call requirement for a platform engineer role.
