Description

You will proactively source, engage, and nurture candidates for Behavioral Health roles, primarily BCBA, RBT, and HAB Tech positions. Partner with local leadership to execute grassroots recruitment initiatives and act as a SWAT recruiter to support high-volume hiring needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5+ years of talent sourcing or talent acquisition experience
• Proven success supporting high-volume or hard-to-fill roles
• Experience building and nurturing talent pipelines
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Source and engage BCBA, RBT, and HAB Tech candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for Behavioral Health roles
• Execute early-talent strategies including university outreach and market mapping
• Partner with Office Operators and local leaders to coordinate grassroots recruitment
• Support screening, interviewing, and candidate progression during high-volume periods
